Salary system

- Benefit: allowance for the position, long-service allowance, family allowance, allowance for annual and monthly leave

Reward

A reward system is implemented to motivate employees

  • Reward for long-term service : gold or travel package is given
  • Reward for outstanding employees : at the company foundation celebration event, citation and reward are given to outstanding employees
  • Reward for outstanding association members : at the general meeting of union, citation and reward are given to outstanding
    association members.
